Hey all, I wanted to see how many would be interested in an opportunity to help our preteen campers.  Doug Smith has contacted Sam’s in Grapevine and they have given the okay for us to sell hamburgers & hot dogs this Saturday from 10am to 4pm and we need some adults to help with this.  The ideal plan is to have two shifts of three hours each.  Each shift needs a minimum of three adults; one to cook the food, one to handle the money and one to prepare the food.  We would also need 2-4 campers for each shift as well.  We need a total of 6 adults and 6-8 campers minimum to make this work.  Groups that have done this in the past have made $500-$1000 doing this same fundraiser.   This is a good opportunity but I need to hear back as soon as possible if you can help with this. For those who can help I will get the details to you. Let’s ride the wave of what God is doing in our church and do our part to send our kids & sponsors to camp.  Let me hear back.
