I support Doug Smith, will you help him out this Sat?

Hello there!Hello there! I hope and pray that your week has gone well for you and your family. I wanted to pass on to you a brief message from one of our church family, Doug Smith. Doug is running for County Commissioner and I am asking for your support on his behalf.

A message from Doug:

As most of you know, I have been involved in local politics for several years.  Many times I have worked tirelessly to help candidates that I believed in get elected.  I always believed that the candidates that I supported would let conservative ideology guide their decision making process.  Unfortunately, that has not always been the case.  After a long prayerful contemplation and with the full support my wife Greta and my family, my friends and my church family, I decided to run for Tarrant County Commissioner, Precinct 3.

This week I launched my campaign website, www.douglassmith2012.com. Please take a few minutes to look at the site and let me know what you think.  If you feel that I would be a good choice for this office, please click on the "Contribute" or the "Join the Team" buttons.

This Saturday, Feb 4th the Tarrant County GOP will host a candidate fair and straw poll.  Please come out and support me by voting for me in the straw poll.  The event will be held from 1pm to 6pm at the Hurst Conference Center, 1601 Campus Dr, Hurst TX 76054.  All of the information is available at their website, www.candidatefair.com.

 I will be going to the candidate fair and I will be casting my support for Doug. Please help out by doing the same. He is not a career politician but a down to earth person who is honest and hardworking. The Bible says that “evil men rule because good people do nothing.” I want good people in the political positions that affect our lives. Please support Doug.
